  • The Controlled Billed Account (CBA) is a VISA credit account issued in an agency's name (no plastic card issued) by Bank of America for the State of Louisiana and is used as a tool to assist state employees in paying for specific, higher cost travel expenses incurred during official state business.

    The Computer Based Training will provide you with an overview of the Controlled Billed Account processes and requirements. 

    In order to receive credit for this training activity, you must review the CBT in its entirety.
